My favorite is that this: “Stop stupidity: Every fast-shifting project incorporates elements of stupid (e.g. time wasting duties, old processes and reviews that now not align with new vision).” So lots of the things that maintain groups back are just…stupid. It’s a leader’s accountability to plow through all of the old junk and throw out what is outdated or simply doesn’t work.
